Lately the world oil prices to soar and not balanced with the production of oil and gas. Petroleum production is increasingly declining days of its availability, while the number of needs of oil & gas ever-increasing. It is unfortunate because up to this point has not yet generated alternative energy substitute for optimal. Where as energy needs is urgent. The option to diversify energy, also less successful. Various reasons expressed: cost of exploration and exploitation of the huge funds spent, limitations technology and human resources owned is the reason that always sounded.
